Per Vasayo’s policy, qualifiers who earned the trip must cruise this year, as we will not be offering alternate rewards for those who choose not to attend this October’s cruise.

What if I decide not to attend the cruise in October due to the rules & regulations from the cruise line?

We are offering two complimentary tickets to the January 2023 Convention in Dallas to any Brand Partner who has qualified for the cruise but is unable to go. Please email recognition@vasayo.com to request your complimentary Convention tickets.

How do I check-In with the Cruise Line?

Check-in has moved to the Unified Guest Account online, guests have the option of checking-in either on the web or using the Royal Caribbean International Mobile App. Using the app is streamlined, you will have access to the ship’s daily schedule, events happening, shows and more.

During the check-in process, guests choose an appointment time for their arrival and they are strongly encouraged to keep their appointment time so as not to experience any delays at the pier. It’s a much more streamlined process which reduces wait times at the pier.

Is the cruise transferable from the one who earned it to another person?
The Cruise for Gold reward and trip is not transferable. The Brand Partner who earned the trip must be the one to redeem and attend the trip.

What do we do when we first board the ship?
On arrival day plan to board the ship around 10 am to Noon. Once onboard, get familiar with where everything is located on the ship--the hospitality desk, the buffet, the pool, etc. After becoming acquainted with your paradise for the next few days, your cabin may be ready.

For the first day of your cruise, pack a small carry-on bag with your travel documents, a change of clothes, bathing suit, workout clothes, and any medications you may need. That way you don't have to wait for your checked bags to arrive in your stateroom. These might not arrive until after dinner.

Are previous years trip qualification periods being combined due to postponed cruises?

No, only the cruise itself is being combined with all the qualifiers, the different qualification periods still remain separate.
