Is my July 2022 Dallas Convention ticket transferable to the January 2023 event?
No. If you bought a ticket for the July Convention, you will receive a full refund by Friday, April 8, 2022. If you want to attend January 2023 Convention, you will need to register for the event.
Will I be refunded for the ticket(s) I bought for July in Dallas, Texas?
Yes. You will receive a full refund by Friday, April 8.
I earned a free ticket to Dallas Convention as a result of a Product Pack purchase.
If you earned a free ticket to July’s Dallas Convention through a Product Pack purchase, you will receive an email by Friday, April 8th, with a new code to register for the 2023 Convention.
I reserved my room for July 2022 at the Hyatt Regency Dallas/a different hotel using an online service.
You will need to modify/cancel your reservation according to the modification/cancellation terms of the online service or hotel you booked your room through.
Lastly, don’t forget to change your flight.
