Vasayo 2022 Convention FAQ's
Q: How will I be refunded for the in-person event ticket(s) I bought?
A: Vasayo will refund the price you paid for registration minus $49 (the cost for your Virtual Convention registration). No action is necessary on your part, and you should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days.
Example: If you bought a ticket for $149, Vasayo will refund you $100. The unrefunded $49 will pay for your Virtual Convention registration.
Q: When is Convention registration open to all Brand Partners and Guests?
A: On August 6, 2021, registration will be open to all Brand Partners and guests.
Q: Will the 2022 Convention be translated?
A: No translations will be offered for this Virtual convention.
Q: Where can I purchase my Convention ticket?
A: Vasayo brand partners can purchase their tickets here on this link for themselves and their guests
Q: I reserved my room at the Hyatt Regency Dallas using the link Vasayo provided. What should I do?
A: Your reservation will be cancelled this week. No action is necessary on your part.
Q: I reserved my room at the Hyatt Regency Dallas/a different hotel using another online service or platform. What should I do?
A: You will need to cancel your reservation according to the cancellation terms of the online service or hotel you booked your room through.
Q: What about my “Tell Your Story” Convention t-shirt?
A: Your Convention t-shirt will be shipped to you this week! We will continue to ship t-shirts to new registrants until supplies last. (No exchanges or refunds will be accepted.)
