When requesting flights during the registration process, please plan to arrive on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 and depart any time on Friday, December 9, 2022.
Once registered, World Travel will book travel arrangements for you and your guest*.
Any flights booked independently will NOT be reimbursed.

Please note that all changes to a flight itinerary are subject to a $23 convenience fee for each ticket that is updated in addition to any changes in cost of fare.
