What are the Event Qualifications?


Option 1

  1. Personally sponsor at least 22 total new Brand Partners.
    • Enrollees must make a minimum 80 CV purchase at time of enrollment.
  2. Generate 22,000 in new total PET-V from these new enrollees (20,000-max. from a single Leg).

Remain Active after qualifying for the trip through November 10, 2022.

Option 2

  1. Create five (5) first-time Stars during the qualification period.
    • Must be personally enrolled Brand Partners.
    • Must be newly enrolled or existing Brand Partners who have never personally enrolled another Brand Partner.
    • A personally enrolled Brand Partner who becomes a first-time Star during the qualification period cannot be counted again toward your five (5) if they become a repeat Star during the qualification period.
  2. Generate 22,000 in new total PET-V during the qualification period. This volume can come from your Stars as well as from new enrollments.

Remain Active after qualifying for the trip through November 10, 2022.

Option 3
    1. Generate 22,000 in new retail CV from your personally sponsored customers.

  • Applies to existing Customers and Customers who enroll during the qualification period.
  • Customers must each make a minimum 20 retail CV purchase during the qualification period.
  • NOTE: If a customer upgrades to Brand Partner status, their CV will count toward Option 1 (see above) requirements instead.

Remain Active after qualifying for the trip through November 10, 2022.

 

What are the event dates for Epic Rewards?
Monday, November 7, 2022 – Thursday, November 10, 2022

What is included with my Epic Rewards Registration?
Vasayo will cover the cost of flights* and hotel accommodations during the event dates for qualifiers and a qualified guest**, Certain activities, event swag, certain meals during the event dates, and ground/water transportation for event functions. Incidental costs, such as meals during travel and airline baggage fees, etc., will be at the brand partner’s expense.

*Epic Rewards qualifiers and their guest must book their flight through World Travel. Any flights booked independently will NOT be reimbursed.
**Guests must be 18 years or older.

***Guests cannot be other Brand Partners.  Only Brand Partners who have personally qualified can attend the trip.

Can I bring my family or another guest with me to Mexico?

Only one member per account can qualify to attend, but you can bring any other adult as your guest. Qualifiers may invite one guest to attend all expenses paid, which includes airfare, hotel accommodations and fees, certain meals, event-branded gear, and ground transportation for agenda related activities.

*Guests cannot be other Brand Partners.  Only Brand Partners who have personally qualified can attend the trip.

Are there additional charges?

Any guests in addition to the qualifier and qualified guest will be responsible for all costs associated with attending the event. Vasayo will not provide activities, event meals, hotel accommodations, day care for children, transportation, or exclusive event swag for additional guests. 

I want to bring my kids on this trip.  How do I add my kids? Can I buy an extra room?

Brand Partners who have earned the trip will get one hotel room.  The hotel rooms can accommodate up to 4 people total.  The hotel only allows 3 maximum guests over the age of 12 per room.  Vasayo pays for two guests per room.  If you would like to add two additional guests, please contact recognition@vasayo.com for information on additional fees.  The resort is all-inclusive so there will be a fee for each additional guest, up to two people maximum.

I want to extend and stay longer or come in a few days earlier. How do I do that?

Unfortunately, Xcaret is sold out of hotel rooms the week prior and the week after our program.  Anyone wanting to extend their visit to Mexico would need to book a separate hotel for your additional days.  The Occidental Hotel is next door to Xcaret and may have rooms if you want to try to make a reservation there. 

You can request an extended stay with Xcaret but will need a special letter to make this request. Please email recognition@vasayo.com to receive the letter to Try and extend your stay.

I want to make sure I have an upgraded room. Can I pay for a suite?

The Xcaret is an all-suite property!  The regular run of house rooms are beautiful.  We unfortunately don’t have a way for guests to request and pay for any additional upgrades on their room. 

How do I get my flight booked?
World Travel will be contacting you via email once you have registered.  They will share a suggested flight itinerary for you and your guest that you must approve within 24 hours in order to hold the ticket.  PLEASE watch your email closely for this email in the week or two after you register so we can get the best flights possible for you!

I don’t know who I’m bringing as my guest.  Can I wait to register?
We need all qualifiers to register as soon as possible!  The best flights sell out fast…please register as soon as you can.  The absolute final deadline to register is Monday, October 3, 2022.  Anyone who registers after the deadline may not be able to attend the trip.  Please register as soon as you can!

Are excursions included as part of the event agenda?
Xcaret guests have access to several theme parks at no additional charge.  Some activities do have a surcharge. Please see Xcaret website for additional information.

I can’t attend this year. What can I do?
If you qualify for this retreat but cannot attend, unfortunately you will not receive a cash credit or be able to defer until a different year. If you register and need to cancel, you will not receive any credit or flight vouchers for airline tickets that are cancelled.

What should I bring?

When packing for your visit, make sure to include the following, in addition to any usual travel necessities:

• Bug Spray

• Casual resort wear

• Formal resort wear

• Swimwear and beachwear

• A camera at the ready to snap pictures of the beautiful ocean!
