What are the qualifications for NYE in Cabo?
Personally sponsor at least 21 total new Brand Partners (Leg placement does not matter).
Enrollees must make a minimum 80 CV purchase at time of enrollment.
Generate 21,000 in new total PET-V from these new enrollees (20,000-max. from a single Leg).

What is included with my NYE in Cabo registration?
Vasayo will cover the cost of flights* and hotel accommodations during the event dates for qualifiers and a qualified guest**, specified activities, event swag, specified, and ground/water transportation for event functions.
Incidental costs, such as meals during travel and airline baggage fees, etc., will be at attendee’s expense.
*NYE in Cabo qualifiers and their guest must book their flight through World Travel. Any flights booked independently will NOT be reimbursed.
**Guests must be 18 years or older.
I cannot attend this year. What can I do?
If you qualify for this retreat but cannot attend, unfortunately you will not receive a cash credit or be able to defer until a different year. If you register and need to cancel, you will not receive any credit or flight vouchers for airline tickets that are cancelled.
How can I book my flights to Los Cabos?
Vasayo has partnered with World Travel to ensure that each attendee has a flight to the event in Los Cabos. Starting after registration on Thursday, October 21, 2021. World Travel will start booking airfare to Mexico. World Travel will send a detailed itinerary to the email provided at registration for you and your guest to review and confirm.
Please note that airfare booked outside of World Travel will NOT be reimbursed.
How can I contact World Travel to update my flight?
If you require a change to your itinerary including upgrading seats or fare, schedule changes, or updating passenger information, please email recongition@vasayo.com know and we will forward to World Travel to make changes to your itinerary.

What class are the flights? Can I upgrade?
All NYE in Cabo invitees will travel in economy class. Qualifiers may upgrade their flights at their own expense by emailing recongition@vasayo.com know and we will forward to World Travel to make changes to your itinerary.
*World Travel will assess a $10 convenience fee each time a change is made to an itinerary.
What if I want to come in a day or two early or stay a day or two later?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any extensions at Hyatt Ziva that are outside of our event dates.
Event dates are only from Thursday, December 30, 2021 to Sunday, January 2, 2022
Can I bring my family or another guest with me to Los Cabos?
Only one member per account can qualify to attend, but you can bring any other adult as your guest. Qualifiers may invite one guest to attend all expenses paid, which includes airfare, hotel accommodations and fees, certain meals, event-branded gear, and ground transportation for agenda related activities.
A credit card will be required at check-in for payment on incidentals, additional guests, and room service.
Any guests in addition to the qualifier and qualified guest will be responsible for all costs associated with attending the event. Vasayo will not provide activities, event meals, hotel accommodations, day care for children, transportation, or exclusive event swag for additional guests.
Are excursions included as part of the event?
Vasayo will cover one excursion for qualifiers and their qualified guest. This experience will be booked and coordinated onsite by the attending executives. Ground transportation to the activity location will be included and booked for all attendees.
Covid-19 Test?
You must present a Negative Covid-19 test when leaving Mexico and going back to the USA and CAN. The hotels have the antigen test in-house that are complimentary for guests staying for at least 3 nights.
What should I bring?
When packing for your visit, make sure to include the following, in addition to any usual travel necessities:
• Bug Spray
• Casual resort wear
• Formal resort wear
• Sweater, wrap or jacket
• Swimwear and beachwear
• A camera at the ready to snap pictures of the abundant marine life!
